We woke up early to be at the opening of Magic Kingdom on our second day. We were able to watch many of the characters come in on Mickey’s train!
We took a boat ride through It’s A Small World, then soared through Neverland on Peter Pan’s Flight.
We took a breather while we relaxed on a boat through the Jungle Cruise, then headed to ride the Magic Carpets of Aladdin per Kennedy’s request!
I love walking through Magic Kingdom – it feels so old and so fresh at the same time. I love seeing the princesses castles, too!
We headed to Splash Mountain…their first thrill ride. I explained the ride, I showed them YouTube videos , and they still wanted to ride! They could not stand their excitement when they stood next to the height requirement sign!
We were in the first row. To say we got soaked is an understatement. Poor Jules got it the worst. They LOVED the ride, but HATED being wet afterwards! We had to go in the bathroom and dry them off as best as we could. They were troopers, though!
Next we headed to the Haunted Mansion. The girls thought it was hilarious that there were ghosts sitting in our ride seats!
We took a seashell ride under the sea for Journey of The Little Mermaid. We had a little wait here, so they decided to pose for a photo shoot.
The girls love a good carousel ride anywhere, so of course we had to ride Prince Charming’s Carousel!
The Barnstormer was a fun ride – Goofy’s favorite. The ride was super fun, and super short! Wish it would have been longer!
We were so excited to use a FastPass on the Seven Dwarves Mine Train. This was one of my personal favorites. The girls had belly laughs throughout this entire ride.
We loved Cinderella’s Happily Ever After Dinner so much the last time, that we decided to book it again. We hitched a ride on Disney’s monorail straight to The Grand Floridian resort.
While we ate the buffet dinner, Prince Charming & Cinderella came visit our table. They then had a short dance in the middle of the ballroom :)
To our disappoint, the stepsisters AND stepmother were unavailable that night. (Stepmother was there, but fell sick within the first 10 minutes) To make up for their absence, Cinderella called a couple of her mouse friends to come to the picture spot. The girls thought it was hilarious that Nana took a picture with a mouse (she is terrified of mice).
Another magical day in Disney! I cannot believe neither of these girls napped the entire time. Momma surely could have used a nap!
